State-of-the-art technology
When manufacturing the pillowplates from Daussiny Laser Welding, state-of-the-art laser welding technology is used. Daussiny Laser Welding currently has 4 laser welding machines that all use FIBER laser technology. The optimal controllability of these FIBER lasers enables many combinations of materials to be easily welded in many possible thicknesses.
An additional advantage is that the speeds that can be attained with a fiber laser are unbeatable.
Daussiny Laser Welding has constructed and manufactured all of the available machines itself. In other words, the knowledge and experience of the welding process is unprecedented.
