Single-embossed pillowplate
In case of single-embossed Pillowplate, after the inflation, one side of the plates welded to each other remains completely flat. The flat side is suitable for hygienic surfaces on the inside of a tank.
When welding, we use fiber laser welding technology that has been further developed in-company. When using this technology for the single-embossed plate, one side remains completely flat and, even with relatively thin materials, the Pillowplate is able to withstand high operating pressures. Single-embossed plates are extremely suitable as a tank wall for cooling- or heating tanks. The stainless steel Pillowplates are suitable for heating and cooling, using a very wide range of heating and cooling agents such as water, steam, glycol and thermal oil.
Single-embossed Pillowplates are available in various materials. The most common materials are RVS304L and RVS316L. Daussiny has a large stock of baseplates in various thicknesses and lengths.
The double-embossed Pillowplates are mainly manufactured from RVS304L and RVS316L, but can also be manufactured from SMO254 for special uses such as, for example, seawater. The temperature of the cooled water is 1°C or 0.5°C. The frames are also custom-made in accordance with the specific requirements that the customer has. These frames optimally match the design of the plates together with the inlet and outlet manifolds
Double-embossed Pillowplate
Double-embossed Pillowplates are extremely suitable as a heat exchanger for liquids or powders and granules. Thanks to our fiber laser welding technology, applications with relatively low wall thicknesses are able to withstand (extremely) high operating pressures. The high degree of design flexibility also provides many opportunities for achieving an optimal product with the best possible heat transfer.
Double-embossed plates are applied as complete installations such as a Falling Film water cooler, Immersion cooler or Ice Bank. They are suitable for heating and cooling with a wide range of coolants and heating agents such as water, steam, glycol, Freon, NH3, CO2, and much more.
Double-embossed plates are available in various materials. The most common materials are RVS304L and RVS316L and Daussiny has a large stock of these materials in various thicknesses.
